After Mother’s Day, I started a new learning journey — Thai Massage.

Yesterday, I learned the warm-up techniques and was introduced to some of the Sen energy lines. Thai Massage is not just about deep pressure or stretching. It is about rhythm, breath, body alignment, and helping the body slowly open up.

The warm-up step is so important because the body needs time to feel safe and relaxed before deeper work begins.

I’m excited to continue learning and bring more thoughtful, healing techniques back to Forest House SPA.
