🧏🏽‍♀️Aceite de argán: propiedades y usos
El aceite de argán es utilizado ampliamente en Marruecos como cosmético para la piel y el cabello, y también como producto alimenticio. De hecho, el fruto forma parte fundamental de la cultura bereber, utilizándose incluso en ocasiones para forraje y leña.

Estos son sus principales usos actuales y propiedades:

Uso cosmético (como aceite o jabón): La razón principal de que se haya hecho tan famoso: está demostrado que hidrata, protege, regenera la piel y es antiarrugas. En realidad, sus beneficios sobre la piel son innumerables: es útil para las quemaduras, neurodermitis, psoriasis, etc.

Además, usado en el pelo lo nutre e hidrata también, dándole brillo y suavidad, y en la uñas, junto con unas gotas de zumo de limón, las revitaliza y dan brillo.

El argán (Argania spinosa) es originario de Marruecos y se cultiva principalmente en toda la franja que va hasta el límite sahariano. Tiene una altura de unos 8-10 metros y es espinoso de tronco rugoso. Las flores son pequeñas, tienen cinco pétalos de color amarillo verdoso y florecen en el mes de abril.

El fruto tiene un tamaño aproximado de 2-4 cm de largo por 2-3 cm de ancho, su piel es gruesa y de color marrón cuando está maduro y es de este fruto del que obtenemos el aceite de argán. Su extracción es totalmente artesanal, nuestro aceite ecológico de argán se obtiene mediante presión en frio y no se utiliza ningún producto químico sintético durante su elaboración lo que le permiten conservar todas sus propiedades intactas.

Este aceite ha sido utilizado tradicionalmente por la cultura de los bereberes, utilizándolo tanto en alimentación como en tratamientos de piel y cabello. Contiene betacarotenos que son precursores de la Vitamina A, que hace que tenga muy buenas propiedades regenerativas para la piel.

Arcilla Ghassoul para la piel
Limpia y purifica la piel eliminando impurezas. Se aconseja para todo tipo de piel, sobre todo para las pieles sensibles.

rhassoul clay to determine how much water you need. On average, rhassoul clay will need about 2 tbsp. of warm water for every 1 tbsp. of clay powder. Four to 5 tbsp. of clay is usually enough for one hair mask.

Mix the warm water with the clay powder thoroughly, using a wooden spoon. For best results, use a wooden bowl, as a metal bowl may alter the charged particles in the clay.

Divide your dry hair into sections as if you were going to blow-dry or heat-style it. Apply the mask with your fingers starting at the roots of your strands and working back to the tips of your hair. Pay special attention to your scalp and make sure it’s coated well, too.

Put a cap on your hair and let the mask soak in for 20 to 40 minutes. You can also use this time to do a rhassoul clay face mask, if you have some clay left over.

When you’re ready to rinse out the mask, you might want to hop in the shower to keep clay from getting into your eyes or on your clothes. Wash thoroughly with lukewarm water. You shouldn’t have to use shampoo or conditioner after you wash the mask off, but you can.
