I spent the last week in Italy speaking at Life Scientia Vitalis, where I was honored to be host presenter of the International Regenerative Aesthetics Conference and where I got to share the philosophy that has shaped every part of how I practice
I walked onto that stage carrying a promise I made to myself when I first started in this field
And then, of course, there was the delicious food, breathtaking scenery, and moments shared with others that I’ll keep forever
I came home more grounded in this work, and more certain than ever that the standard of care you receive at Citrus isn’t something I’ll ever compromise on
Some things are worth showing up for, even when it’s hard. Especially then🍋✨

A little recap from day two in Italy!🇮🇹
The day started at 95° so I went to the lovely hotel pool where locals come to swim as well to get some reprieve from the heat! I started the morning totally Italian with an espresso and a Pellegrino ☕️✨
From there, I wandered through the historic streets of Bologna, learned a few more Italian words, successfully navigated the train system and made my way to the charming seaside town of Riccione. There I experienced amazing pizza, seaside air, went for a swim in the sea and got to see a beautiful sunset.
It’s amazing how much can happen in a single day when you’re open to the adventure, okay with not knowing it all but learning, excited to embrace the culture around you and say yes to new experiences💛🌅🍕🇮🇹

A little piece of Italy so far 🇮🇹✨
In these first 12 hours, I’ve been reminded how powerful it is to stay open to life’s opportunities, trust your intuition and embrace the unexpected.
I’ve met incredible people, shared meaningful conversations, enjoyed authentic pasta and wine and witnessed hundreds of locals gather for an outdoor movie under the night sky. Every experience has been a reminder that connection transcends language, culture expands perspective, and some of the most memorable moments happen when you simply say yes, are open, and kind.
Travel has a beautiful way of bringing you back to yourself. It encourages you to slow down, appreciate the present, love who you are, and make the most of every opportunity placed in front of you. Thank you to everyone who has shown me kindness and love.
Grateful for these first 12 hours and excited for everything still to come. ❤️🇮🇹

Happy Father’s Day to the best and most devoted dad our girls could ever ask for 💛
From the day they were born, they have been incredibly lucky to have a dad who is so present, involved and invested in their lives.
One of the greatest gifts you give our daughters is helping raise them to be independent, strong, funny, capable young women who know their worth and believe in themselves.
Thank you for showing up for every milestone, every challenge, every laugh and every lesson along the way. Watching the relationship you have with our girls is something I will always be grateful for.
And to all the dads out there who are helping raise strong, confident, capable children and leading by example every day, we wish you a very Happy Father’s Day. The impact you make lasts a lifetime 🫶💛
