Rejuvenation Bodywork

I'm not on FB very much (aside from thanking people for their birthday wishes once a year), but I wanted to announce that I've finally started my own YouTube channel.

After years of ideating, with plenty of internal resistance to overcome, I'm offering content in this medium to serve as an extension of my bodywork practice. My intention is to offer pragmatic suggestions and insights to help people live happier and more empowered lives.

Topics are inspired by the conversations, challenges, and breakthroughs experienced among clients, friends, and myself as we all strive to make positive shifts and live with greater joy and overall well-being. I'm also drawing from insights and practices which I've derived from my own personal development studies and mentorship I've received over the years.

It is estimated that as many as 75% of the U.S. population (and it would be similar in other countries) will experience a medical event at some point related to coronary heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, or age-related eye diseases (macular degeneration or cataracts). According to a study commissioned by the Council for Responsible Nutrition, taking any of eight specific supplements at preventive levels could lower the risk of having a medical event related to one of these disease by as much as 23%, and save billions of dollars in health care costs.
