Skin rolling has become one of my favorite techniques to use
I love to “warm up” the skin with this modality
It works the fascia, helping to breakup any stagnation of muscles and fine lines
It also gives me clues as to where the skin might need more care and attention

The lymph system relies on movement to fulfill its role in the body,
filtering out what the body no longer needs
Sluggish lymph will show signs of inflammation, congestion (aka acne), puffiness and excess fluid retention
A lymph brush and facial massage are my favorite ways to move lymph on the face 🫶🏼
As for the body, I LOVE breath work. And working jumping and qi gong into my daily habits
