So fortunate to have these lovely youth perform for us at the San Diego Baha'i center! The Bahai Faith focus on education of children and young people to help serve their community and it so happened that they were studying their Ruhi Book 6 and book 8 during our session and we're willing to share their lovely music and prayers!! They truly brought a different spirit into our sound healing devotional! Q💜🩵🌿🪷

This week at Energy Medicine Club we learned Access Bar followed by a mini sound bath. Access Bars is a energy-healing technique involving light touch on 32 specific points on the head, designed to reduce stress, anxiety, and mental clutter by releasing limiting thoughts. It felt amazing and restored the whole body back to balance! 🩵💜🌿
