How many years experience do I have doing bridal? 👰🏻‍♀️ 12 years and counting! 9 years ago, I had the pleasure of doing this beautiful bride's hair and makeup for her wedding day. I remember the lovely energy that morning, getting her and her bridal party ready. It's been amazing watching her grow from a bride to a wife, a successful career woman, and a mom of three 😇. Her union has been a blessed one, full of love 💗. Happy 9th anniversary, .ruz! Wishing your marriage and family continued prosperity and love. Thanks for being a client 🫶🏼 ☺️

This lovely client here came in ready and determined for a whole new look. I felt I understood the assignment, I was excited and anxious to do my magic 🪄
Well, turns out the color wasn’t quite what she had in mind.
She was graceful enough to voice her concern and opinion once finished. I offered she take another look the next day or two, see if she felt any different. If she wasn’t entirely happy to please let me know ASAP so I could get her in again with in the week and see what I could do to adjust the color to her satisfaction.
She gracefully accepted and after wearing her new hair, she reached back again and allow me to redeem myself 🙈☺️
We discussed a bit further on her second visit and came to a mutual agreement and solution. I proceeded to adjust her color to a more dark red shade as shown on the second after and final pic on this slide 😊 she was happy and I was thankful for her kindness and understanding.

I pride myself in delivering desired end result based on my clients inspo pics, lifestyles and budget. I value both yours and my time. A lot of these hair transformations are time consuming and expensive. So delivering beautiful and satisfying end results each time is always my goal. But as you can see every once in a while I do drop the ball. So when a client is kind enough, respectful and honest with me I take this as a learning lesson to reflect on what I could have done different. What better questions to ask. And if I can or cannot do something for this client right after.

Salon update 🤓
For those who haven’t been in the salon as of recent…
I am happy to announce that all renovation projects are complete and finished. To all the OG clients who have visited this space through the years and seen it all.
You know just how much actual work, sweat, and tears was put into this space. It finally got the TLC it always needed. But above it all, I have poured in a lot of love, intention and a huge desire to provide a space that both clients and stylist can enjoy and feel excited to be in.
At the moments she’s still a bit of a plain Jane lol 😁 my next goal is to add on some decore, and new furniture. Regardless she is fully functional, upgraded and ready to take in 4 more stylist to booth rent comfortably in this brand new space I call 🙌🏼☺️

It really truly is and feels like a whole new vibe 🤗 I feel proud, excited and motivated to continue growing and learning from whatever may come my way as a new salon owner. So please do keep me in your prayers and or good thoughts and wishes for a profitable and successful next few years to come 🙏😇 thank you and I can’t wait for everyone to come in, on their next visit and see it, and experience it for yourselves 🤗

Ever get the crazy idea of doing it yourself??? 😁 of course you do! 😜
The thing about self bleaching at home and what could go wrong?
1. Using a high developer
2. Not having the speed or technique a stylist does, therefore creating uneven lift and or over processing your hair.
3 not using a toner to balance unwanted undertones
You get the picture right 🤓

I decided to add an ash tone base color and did some highlights to brighten and break up some uneven areas. Add a toner. And of course a much needed haircut to remove damaged ends and ass shape and movement back.
End result, this beautiful vanilla blonde color 👱🏻‍♀️

Life is such a mystery.

I apologize for this much delayed post. A few life changing events were happening during this time (good and bad) that simply kept me from staying as present on social media.
Regardless and despite all that, as the saying goes…
“Better late than never” 🤗
Now that your a mom too you know how time flies and this day and moment in all honesty doesn’t even feel that long ago 😉 I still remember your calmness and kindness. Till this date it is one of the most serene and relaxing vibes I’ve ever experienced while getting a bride ready for her special day ☺️ thank you for sharing these lovely photos with me and for choosing me a your stylist. May you continue to have a wonderful marriage filled with love and more blessings 😇

Salon update…
It is slowly but firmly coming to a finish. The last and final upgrade is the assembly and installation of our cabinets in the back room, they are to get started 10/13- 10/16 to which the salon will be closed for. Once those are finished I have to schedule the installation of our countertops, it is still uncertain when that will be scheduled and finished due to templates that have to be made and material to be ordered and shipped. So this could drag out till November. We are still taking in appointments, in between this last project. We simply have to adjust our working conditions for this short period of time. You will still experience the same comfortable service/ appointments as usual, difference will be in that you will now get to see us mix and formulate for you 😉 Me and thank you for all the continued support. It makes me so happy to see and hear everyone’s approval, appreciation to the changes I’ve made thus far. I seek nothing more than to make this space as elegant, modern and comfortable for all to share, love and feel excited to visit. With that said here are a few pics to show a glimpse of the changes and upgrades done along with the official new primary logo for the salon 🙌🏼😍 thank you for helping me make this logo come to life. The second and biggest staple piece that has made a significant upgrade to my vision are the stunning new stations I picked out from 👌🏼 they are exquisitely beautiful, sturdy and perfectly spacious for any stylist. I am very much pleased with everything and everyone I have hired to helped make my vision come together. Can’t wait to put in the final touches and share the final look.
