Injury and disease is the outcome of physical, emotional and enviromental stress. 70-90% of all (dis-ease) is created by stress. My technique comes from certification in swedish/deep tissue, Lymphatic Massage, Chinese 5 element theory & Meridian system, chakra balancing(with light and crystals), as well as color therapy. Incorporating stretching and range of motion. Customizing each session to the clients needs for that day. Currently interested in Ayurvedic Study, Holistic Nutrition, and herbal Medicine
