Just a reminder to all of my clients, that a courtesy call/text that you are sick and need to reschedule would be greatly appreciated. Being sick would be a cold, cough, fever, sore throat, runny, nose, flu like symptoms, stomach flu, nausea... anything.
Being self-employed means that I do not get paid sick leave and if I am unable to come in due to being sick, it affects everyone’s appointments.
If you knowingly come in sick, please note that I have the right to refuse service and I will. We all know that having your nails done is very important but health is more important... PLEASE. I have had to refuse 2 clients this week and I hate to do it, but really, if you are sick... don’t not come in. Thank you

I strive to keep my prices fair but with my overhead costs rising, I must make this adjustment to ensure the success of my business.
