WELCOME: Our system of instruction is based on postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama) designed to create flexibility, strength, agility, and tone of the entire body as well as a resulting deep relaxation of the mind. Our teachers incorporate principles of orthopedic therapy as well as traditional Yoga to produce a safe and caring, yet challenging program. Our goal is to enrich your physical and mental well-being. Our motto is Stretch, Strengthen, Tone, and Relax with yoga.
At Radiance Yoga, we’re lucky to have talented teachers like Peter and Oak. The Hum Drum played by Oak is a harmonious instrument handcrafted in Italy. Its soothing sound deepens the calming experience during Shavasana (final relaxation).

Hello from Radiance Yoga & Therapeutic Exercise Center,
We’re excited to reach out in search of a caring and experienced Yoga Instructor with an Iyengar background to join our supportive community. We currently have openings on Monday or Tuesday mornings from 7:30–8:45 a.m., as well as Saturday mornings from 8:30–10:00 a.m.

They were looking for her all night! Luckily, Bella followed a student into the studio before the Monday AM class. Our wonderful instructor, Sydney Scott-Cohen, found Bella's phone number on her collar and called "Mom," who came to pick her up a few minutes later. (Who knows? Maybe Bella wanted to try the class and had been waiting for the studio to open!!)
