Top 5 tips for fat loss..
Work out how many calories you should be consuming and ensure your protein intake is at least 20%. If you're unsure on how to do this, send me a message and il help :)
Drink plenty of water! If you're not used to drinking lots it will take a couple of days for your body to get used to it. Until then, be prepared to visit the toilet every 5 minutes!
Steps! Movement is key! You need to be burning more calories than you're putting in. Hitting a daily step count will help massively. See how many you average for now, then aim to do 1000 more each day.
Resistance training. I cannot begin to tell you how important this is. Weight training will make such a difference to your body composition, you'll start feeling more 'solid' and 'defined'.
Step away from the scales! There is absolutely no reason for you to be jumping on the scales every morning. Especially you ladies! There are many reasons our weight fluctuates each day. If you see the number on the scales have gone up since yesterday, you'll no doubt feel s**t about it and want to give up or restrict yourself. Big no no!
