Hi,
I am Ania Prange, founder of Ania Glam Lab and I am pleased you stopped by! I was born and raised in Mysliborz, Poland where, as a child, I found my passion in art, shapes and the beauty of colors. There’s something incredibly grounding about knowing this life is being built one decision, one client, one opportunity at a time.
One of the most humbling parts of owning a business is realizing that your income depends on people choosing you. Every booking is a reminder that someone saw your business and decided, “this is where I’ll book.”
You can work on your craft, build the brand, invest in yourself, show up consistently and become better at what you do, but there will always be a human on the other side deciding to trust you.
And I never want to become so focused on the next level that I forget how meaningful that is.
Every new inquiry, every returning client, every referral, every person who shares my work… it all plays a part in allowing me to keep building a career I genuinely love.
I’ll never stop working to become better at what I do, because the people who choose my business deserve that version of me.
Save this for the next time a booking comes through.
Maybe you can resonate with it as well when you look back and hopefully see how strong and capable you have been!
You answered that bride’s inquiry at 11pm because that’s how you built your bridal business. It’s also the reason it can’t get any bigger.
The late nights. The two-hour drive for one bride. Saying yes to every date because turning one down felt like losing. Writing the same email from scratch, every time, for years.
None of that was a mistake. It’s how you got here.
But those were survival habits. Most bridal hair and makeup artists build this way — no systems, no team, no proof. Now they’re the ceiling.
Growing a bridal business doesn’t mean doing all of it faster. It means deciding things once instead of every time.
Your pricing is set before she asks.
Your inquiry reply is written before the message comes in.
Your wedding morning timeline runs the same way every time, whether you slept or not.
Someone else holds a piece of it, and you let them.
That’s not working harder. That’s the work being done in advance.
The next level of your business isn’t asking for more of your hours. It’s asking you to stop making the same decision fifty times a year.
Save this and read it the next time you’re up at midnight rewriting an email you’ve already written a hundred times.

POV: you said no to another stylist… now nobody can make eye contact before coffee ☕️
early timelines always sound like a good idea… until the morning actually arrives.
The only mindset you need as a bridal MUA:
Stop chasing „popular” and start chasing „profitable”.
Popular books you out. Profitable builds you a business.
