This was so such fun. My dear friend Wendy asked if I would do her sister, Joanne’s color while she was in from Ohio?!!
I felt so honored. Here’s a before and after her visit. After getting to know each other she trusted me to take 4 inches off her length and cooled some of the brass tones. It truly made all the difference. I so enjoyed our time together and what a sweet person. ✨🙏

That moment when a new referral comes in to the front desk and says
“Yes I want a base color, highlights, and a cut/style before Sat”

I’ve been hairdressing for over 40 yrs, but It was in 1997, 28 yrs ago today, that I relocated to La Jolla and started as a stylist here at this location. I bought the salon In 2014 and has been the best move I ever made. It’s had peaks and valleys, but I’ve been so blessed by the stylists I’ve worked with and the amazing people that have come thru my chair. Thank you ✨🙏

Day 1 of our 2 day training with the “Masters of Balayage” MOB in Solano Beach. Stylists from all over the United States flew in for this intensive training. I have waited 6 months for this training, because it is sold out regularly.
Hands down the best educators I’ve seen in years. Fun, informative, and our 8 hr day few by!!

This was just fun! Kathleen brought a pic in and asked for something edgy. I said let’s go for it. We weaved her with a highlight and lowlight and then and edgy cut. We have worked on this for a few months and she’s getting rave comments. I love it when my clients bring in an idea. Team work. ✨🙏❤️
