One of the biggest hair myths we hear? That regular trims make your hair grow faster.

Not exactly.

Hair grows from your scalp, so trimming your ends won’t change your growth rate. What regular trims do is prevent split ends from traveling up the hair shaft, helping your hair stay healthier and making it easier to keep the length you’ve worked so hard to grow.

If your goal is long, healthy hair, think of trims as maintenance! Not a setback.
