NMN research in 30 seconds, and it doesn't all agree.

1️⃣ Walking: six-minute distance went 323 → 480 m on NMN vs 325 → 330 m on placebo (Yi et al., 2023; 20 people per group, a secondary result).
2️⃣ Sleep: people on NMN fell asleep faster, but so did the placebo group (Kim et al., 2022).
3️⃣ Runners: 600 and 1,200 mg raised the first breathing threshold vs placebo in a lab test; 300 mg didn't (Liao et al., 2021).

One clear signal, one miss, one "it depends on the dose." These are ingredient studies, not trials of our product. That's how we'll always talk about research.

Who actually makes your supplements?

Neurogan Health started with our co-founder Jan's own frustration. He couldn't find supplements he trusted enough to give his own family, so we make ours ourselves, in our own facility in San Diego.
