Episode 2: Getting the F Out of This Postpartum Bubble 🤍

This one took me a minute because… life has been life-ing. 😅

But here’s the win… I crushed all 3 of my goals from last week:
✨ Moved my body.
✨ Did something just for me (chiro, massage, and a facial 🙌).
✨ Got out of the house.

This week, I’m sticking with the protocol and adding one more thing…

❤️ A date with my husband.

Hey… almost forgot about him. 😅 (Kidding… kind of. Moms, you get it. 😉)

A walk.
