Sometimes you just need a quiet place.

A little time to slow down, breathe, and hear yourself think.

That’s what I want Calma to feel like.

Somehow, the posts feel more like me when the music is right.

As a young kid I remember listening to a lot of Mexican music - Juan Gabriel, Bandas, Rocio Durcal (I know she’s Spanish), Ana Gabriel, etc. In my teen years and adulthood, Rock en Español, are my go-to jams.

What do you listen to?

Y te vas a acordar del día que me encontraste. 😂🤭🤣

Sometimes you’re not just tired.

You’re overstimulated, mentally tired, or simply overdue for a pause.

Your body knows - Listen to it.

Just a few of the many hats I wear around here.

😂 ✨🤭

Just me, my doodles, and my new little beach friend.

Sometimes the most therapeutic part of a massage isn’t the massage.

It’s the quiet.

A quiet room.
A quiet mind.
A chance to just be still for a while.

Sometimes silence is exactly what we need.

I was NOT made to be in fluorescent lighting.

I was, however, created for sunshine, sand and ocean waves.
