I realized I keep posting to my stories and not my actual feed. So if you are new here my name is Ashli and I love coloring hair. I especially love coloring hair when they are as pumped as this birthday girl was to get pink hair. What color do YOU want next?

I am so happy with the way hair turned out today. It feels healthier than the first time I met her. This is only possible with patience, understanding that we can’t be a level 10 blonde right away, to prep the hair, to help the lightener stay as gentle as possible and then honestly the new lightener made a huge difference in the consistency of today’s foils… it also doesn’t swell which is amazing. Root smudged with 06na, 07p and violet kicker and then toned with 09p, 08NV, 09V, 10 NP and violet kicker.

Even just the direction of sunlight can completely change the color of your hair when it comes to photos. These are both outside but one picture looks more cool-toned while the other has almost a more burgundy undertone. Either way, she rocks this purple hair and we didn’t even need to use lightener 💜

The way this before and after has me GAGGED 😍😍

This mama wanted something that will grow out a bit better and had more warmth to the blonde. It also needed a good chop and some layers because she has LOTS of hair. I went in and highlighted the bottom half because it was left solid brown from before, did a root retouch on some@of the highlights on top as well as weave some of the brown from before to help keep it blendy. Then I root tapped with slightly lighter than her natural and tones with more gold. It feels so much better and as much as I like to see my clients often… I know it’s not possible with so many schedules so I try to make it as low maintenance as possible 🫶🫶🫶

From faded red to feeling confident!! I am obsessed with this transformation for this pretty mama 🙂
