Here is some additional information to answer common questions about your salon experience; best ways to contact me; and how to secure your upcoming appointment.
~ A Minimum $50 deposit is required to secure your appo
intment and will be used toward the cost of your service.
~ An invoice for your deposit will be sent to you by email upon scheduling your appointment and must be paid immediately or no later than the end of the business day to hold your appointment.
~ A cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment is subject to 50-100% the cost of the service.
~ A no call or no show is subject to 100% the cost of the service.
~ You will receive a 5 day and 2 day reminder via text and email for your convenience.
~ Raina’s Hair Design is located at InStyle Salons in Pacific Beach at 4283 Mission Blvd, Ste #4 San Diego, CA 92109.
~ InStyle Salons are in the back of, and in the same building as the Rip Curl surf shop. to the back parking lot.
~ There is free parking in the back on the left designated by blue and pink signs that say InStyle Salon Suites.
~ Please allow for traffic in your travel time. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may not have enough time for your service.
~ You do not have to show up early.
~ Do not wash your hair the same day as your appointment unless advised otherwise.
~ If you have a non-urgent message please contact me through my business page on FB or IG @rainashairdesign. Lol, and also organized with how our cybor consultations are evolving.
~ If you have an immediate issue you may text at 831- 566-1504 please refrain from messaging me here for non urgent communication past 8:00pm. Or on Sunday and a Monday.
~ please refrain from messaging me on my personal social media pages about salon services.
~ Raina’s Hair Design is open Tues-Sat 9:00am to 6:00pm.
~ Expect response to messages on business days and during Business hours and no later than 8pm.
~ You may Absolutely Leave a message on FB or IG during off hours! You will remain in the queue! And I will respond ASAP! Or during business hours.
~ Thank you for confirming your appointment via Square app’s automatic messaging service. This is a very helpful tool for both of us! However this is not the best place to contact me with verbal messages. I do not get noticeable notifications from this confirmation system. Messages get lost.
