I started the service with k18, following a platinum card + Olaplex service to achieve a pale yellow result with minimal damage.
The second process involved using k18 at the bowl, following pre-toning my client's hair with Schwarzkopf vibrance 9,5-1 at the bowl for 10-15 mins, rinse shampoo, k18 leave-in repair mask, and blow-dry.
The third process was done on dry hair; shadow root + color melt using Igora Vibrance. I used 8-11 + 8-19 +9,5-19 for the shadow root application, and for the mid-lengths, I used Igora Vibrance 9,5-19, and 9,5-19 + 0-00 on the ends, toned for 25 mins, and voila.

So I needed to resort to using lightener + shampoo to release more of the pink dye load. Guess What!? It still didn’t budge. So instead of compromising the integrity of her hair, I recommended that we work with what we have and go with it.

The ending result was a beautiful smoky silver to lilac ombré.

I couldn’t have done this without the help of
