Happy 23rd anniversary to us! What a crazy whirlwind. This past year has certainly brought more challenges than we could have imagined. Yet here we still stand happy, strong and grounded. Proud of us! Huge gratitude to my business wife photographed in both our SF and Oakland salons.

Never thought we would be opening a salon for the 7th time together on the actual day of our 22nd anniversary. Retrofits, pop ups, East bay and now a beautiful outdoor garden. We have been a duo that knows how to create beautiful spaces and bring together amazing people and do what we love.. Happy anniversary, my salon wife ——love you. 💋
It’s still hard to believe it’s been six months since Edo closed its doors. We are so grateful for for letting us pop up in their beautiful, green and shady garden. Also that our Oakland shop can finally open indoors ( with limited capacity). It’s been quite a journey.. lots of tears and holding out hope our little gem of salons will one day shine again. The day we reopen, is and my 22nd anniversary of when we first opened Edo. Such a strange coincidence. 🦋

Today marks 21 years. I could never have imagined a journey like the one we have been on. What an amazing ride. Grateful for my friend and biz partner, Jayne. . Here’s a photo of us back in 1999 dressing it up. Proud to be San Francisco and Oakland business owners 👯.

Happy Sunday !!! Edo Oakland had an exciting soft opening yesterday filled with love and support of our community. Thank you to all that stopped by and got their haircut. Now closed for two days so we can finally relax !! We did it again 🤷♀️
