The Daisy Refillery

We've been getting a lot of questions about our market refilling process, so we wanted to create a post to help you all out!

With the new refilling process, we ask that you now label your containers with the product, scent, and the amount you wish to refill your containers with. We'll have writing utensils (both temporary and permanent), as well as water-activated compostable labels for you to use to label your containers. In addition, we will also have refill menus to review and scent jars that you can smell for our scent options.

When you then drop off your containers, we will ask you to fill out our refill request form to get an order #. Optionally, you can sign up for notifications and receive notifications with your order # (1) when you drop off your containers, (2) when your refills are ready for pick-up, and (3) when your refills have been picked up.

Whether you sign up for notifications or not, we ask that you are back by the end of the market to pick up and pay for your refills.

We hope that with this refilling process, you will no longer have to wait around for us to pump your containers. Instead, we recommend you drop off your containers at the beginning of the market or your work day, and then go about the rest of your day until your refills are ready for pick-up the day of!

The Lark Mobile has made its official debut!

It has been a long time coming, and while the process was not easy, we made it happen! I am so grateful to everyone for fueling my drive through the sleep deprivation to bring the Lark Mobile to life.

Now that I've tested out the set-up twice, I still have a number of things to tinker with, including how to make the back of the Lark Mobile more accessible. I know that no one has brought this up, but please know that accessibility has been on the back of my mind from the very beginning! I have some ideas in mind, so look out for more updates.

The Lark Mobile is making is debut soon!!!

Starting May 9th, we will be switching from our table/tent set-up to our new electric van storefront!

Due to the new set-up, we are waiting on confirmation for a few more markets in May. Please be on the lookout for those markets, as well more markets in June, including new recurring markets and a returning one!

We are also implementing a new on-site ordering system! Simply label and drop off your containers, and then receive a text or email when your refills are ready for pick up!

The Lark Mobile is coming together!

Thank you so much to Nate, Adrian, and the rest of the team for this beautiful build! My photos do not do it justice, so you all will just have to come in person to my markets to check out it! (I may or may not have shed a tear when I got to preview it.)

We still have to wrap the Lark Mobile, but our next market will be the Lark Mobile's debut! More details to come!

Earth Day is not just one day of the year.

We all have a duty to Mother Nature, to ourselves, and to all life to protect our Earth. On this April 22nd, I send a reminder that we must all do what we can, within our own means, to live more sustainably, to be more conscious of how the decisions we make and the actions we take may affect our planet. Do not forget that this planet is our home, our shared home, and everything we do is interconnected.

Due to rain and crazy winds, we are RESCHEDULING our pop up at the Outer Sunset Farmers Market & Mercantile from April 12th to April 26th instead. As many of you know, windy and rainy day markets result in too much product loss for The Daisy Refillery. Luckily, we are able to reschedule this month's market!

We understand that many of you wait the month for The Daisy Refillery to pop up, and may be running low on product! Because of that, we are also offering free delivery, as long as you order by April 17th NO CODE REQUIRED.

Delivery dates are available for 2 to 16 days in advance, and you can find this on our website's "Local Deliveries" page.

We will still be attending Night of Ideas on April 11th, as we will be indoors and we are only bringing select products.

We have added another event for Earth Month!

All along Cortland Ave and around Bernal Hill, there will be sustainable vendors, non-profits, artists, musicians, and demos set out in front and inside of several local businesses! Join us for a free day of fun and a beautiful celebration of Earth Day!

We're excited to announce the addition of a new team member: THE LARK MOBILE!

As some of you saw on my social media story, I took a trip to Fontana, California mid-January to pick up this 2025 BrightDrop 400! It has always been our goal to be a net-zero business, and we are one step closer to doing just that with this fully electric cargo van!

While we want to take the Lark Mobile on the road as soon as possible, we still need to do a bit of upfitting. Our final timeline to have the Lark Mobile ready is still to be determined, but we are aiming for it to be fully operational by May 2026, if not earlier!

What does the Lark Mobile mean for our sustainability warriors?
* We will still be continuing our regular markets, but you may see some date changes, as well as new markets! We will be sure to provide ample notice when dates have been finalized.
* At our markets, you will no longer have to request for us to bring specific refills, as we will be bringing ALL OUR REFILLS!

We still have a lot of work ahead of us before the Lark Mobile is fully operational, so please follow along for updates! Until then, the Daisy Mobile and I will continue to work hard to provide you with sustainable products and refills!
