SPF 30 blocks about 97 percent of UVB. SPF 50 gets you to roughly 98. SPF 100 is barely a hair above that.😳 The number is not where the magic lives. How much you apply and how often you reapply matters infinitely more than chasing a bigger digit. A well-applied SPF 30 beats a stingy smear of SPF 100 every single time. 🌞

I know, I know, we all want it yesterday, but results take time to build. So when you try a product for a long weekend, decide it 'doesn't work,' and move on, you never gave it a chance to do anything. Real change is measured in weeks and months. I'd rather you do one good thing consistently for three months than five exciting things for three days each.
