Dom, I still cannot believe I am writing this. It has taken me a while to find the right words because honoring someone whose light, talent, and spirit touched so many people feels nearly impossible. As I try to process this tremendous loss, I keep thinking about how our connection began—and how grateful I am that God allowed our paths to cross.

I remember first seeing your genius on Instagram and thinking, “I need to learn from him—and where can I find those curved cutting shears?” ✂️

After following you and searching for them for nearly a year, the Spirit placed it on my heart to simply ask. I finally worked up the courage to send you a DM. You responded so humbly, shared all the details, and immediately made me feel comfortable reaching out to you.

All that time, I watched and quietly learned what I could from your posts. Then the opportunity arose to invite you to educate not only me, but the MaduCrew as a whole. I had no idea that through that experience, I would gain more than valuable knowledge to elevate my craft—I would also gain two Aquarian brothers in you and Damien Scott. ♒️

It is said that God works in mysterious ways and that all things happen according to His divine timing. Man, was that true in this case! And while I rarely question Him, when I received this gut-wrenching news, I couldn’t help but ask why.

The shock is beginning to subside, but my heart is broken. 💔

I am deeply honored that our paths were destined to intersect and that I was blessed to know a true angel. May your light and the impact of your gifts continue to shine forever. ✨

My deepest condolences go out to everyone who has been impacted by this tremendous loss—especially your equally amazing and loving partner, Damien Scott.
