I get it. Sometimes we have an idea or a better product for our customers, guests, and clients. It actually might be a “better” option, product or idea. But how do you build trust. Listen! It’s as simple as that. Sometimes the best thing you can do is stay silent and let your customer explain what they’d like but also don’t want. It’s your job to execute and deliver.

Deliver it a couple of times and watch your trust grow. Then one fine day your client will hit you with that magical question…
