It's challenging to get motivation out of nowhere. It happens, but more often than not, simply doing the thing motivates us to do our best.
If you're struggling with getting things done, try the 5-minute rule. Do the activity for 5 minutes and see how it goes.
Usually, it becomes much easier to complete the task after you start it. π

Are you planning to have resolutions for 2οΈβ£0οΈβ£2οΈβ£4οΈβ£? If you have yet to think about it, here's what we propose: scrap resolutions and aim for objectives.
Around 80% of people lose motivation to fulfill their resolutions after a few weeks. Do you know why? Because resolutions tend to be vague and immeasurable.
Instead of promising yourself to "read more," "start going to the gym," or "spend more time with family," make an action plan with clear, actionable objectives.
Swap "read more" for "read for 20 minutes every day" or "read at least 1 book every month." Change "more time with family" to "plan a movie night with family members every other Friday."
Make your resolutions actionable, and it'll become easier to achieve them! π
