Our longtime guest and dear friend, Riley, walked through our doors with the most incredible birthday surprise for Kimi: a massive bouquet made of handcrafted paper, balloons, and sweet birthday decorations, filled to the brim with love and gifts! 💐🎈
We captured the raw moment as it happened, and then Riley took the footage and edited her own sweet 21-second version of the story (watch to the end to see her edit!).
The tears, the laughter, and the love in this room say everything about what BeautyBar is all about. Thank you for bringing so much light into our lives, Riley! We love you! ✨
Some people leave a mark on a place that never really goes away.
Five years ago, Tram walked into BeautyBar. Since then, she’s painted thousands of beautiful sets, but that’s not what we’ll remember most.
We’ll remember her kindness. The way she quietly cared for people. The patience she showed every guest. The respect she gave her teammates. The calm she brought into every room she walked into.
That’s who Tram is.
She’s since started a new adventure, working alongside her husband outside of the nail industry. We couldn’t be happier for her… even if we’re going to miss her like crazy.
BeautyBar has always been about people first. The nails are simply how we bring those people together. Tram reminded us of that every single day.
Thank you for five amazing years, Tram. Thank you for your heart, your friendship, and for making BeautyBar a better place just by being here.

Claudia has been part of our BeautyBar family for over 7 years now, coming in every 3 weeks for her favorite dip set, “Not So Simple” nail art, and a gel pedi.

We used to stop and take inspo photos all the time. Then BeautyBar got busy in the best way possible. Full books, nonstop conversations, guests filling the salon with energy from open to close. 🤍
But Riley came in for her usual “The Works” set and asked for a quick impromptu photo session… and Bella decided to join in too. 🐶✨
Kimi created this dreamy hand painted set for Riley, who’s been with her since the First Lady Nails days, long before BeautyBar even existed. Nearly 20 years later, it’s still the same trust, the same laughter, and somehow always another unforgettable set.
Honestly, moments like these are the inspo now.

Some guests become part of your life story. 🤍
Nat has been with us since day one of BeautyBar, and long before that, she was already sitting in Kimi’s chair for years. At this point, she’s not just a guest. She’s family.
So when she texted us about her engagement nails, the excitement was very real. The kind that only comes from growing alongside someone through different chapters of life and getting to celebrate the beautiful ones together.
This sanctuary has always been about more than nails. It’s about building connections, cherishing them, and being there for the moments that matter most. 💍✨

BeautyBar was never built to be a rushed in-and-out salon experience. We built this space for kind, mindful people who believe self care should feel personal, unhurried, and genuine. Sometimes that means staying late. Sometimes that means slowing down enough to really listen, laugh, connect, and make sure someone leaves feeling cared for.
The nails matter to us deeply. But the people will always matter more.
