Lately I've been bulking up and putting on a little more weight so l hope you guys like it.
I go through periods of gaining or losing weight depending on what my goals are in the gym at the moment lol.😂😂
Right now I'm trying to build a
little more muscle and one of the best ways to do that is by also gaining a little weight.
It helps me make sure my body is
getting enough nutrients and energy to push myself and recover from my workouts. Anyways I hope you guys like today's gym outfit! 👗
