DYSHYDROTIC ECZEMA-
A successful story !
(Without Steroids)
In Ayurveda, dyshidrotic eczema (pompholyx—tiny fluid-filled blisters on fingers/palms) is usually understood as a Vata–Kapha dominant condition with Pitta involvement, affecting Twak (skin), Rakta (blood), and Lasika (lymph). It overlaps with Vicharchika / Visphota / Kshudra Kushtha depending on presentation.
🍃 Diet & Lifestyle (Key to preventing recurrence)
Avoid:
• Fermented foods, yogurt at night
• Excess sugar, chocolate
• Seafood + dairy combinations
• Frequent hand washing with harsh soaps
Prefer:
• Warm, freshly cooked meals
• Bitter & astringent tastes (lauki, karela, neem)
• Ghee in moderation
⸻
⚠️ Important Notes
• Dyshidrotic eczema is recurrent and stress-sensitive → Satvavajaya (stress reduction) matters
• If condition worsened after hormonal changes (e.g., Mirena IUD), a Pitta-Rakhta imbalance is often involved
• Formulations should be individualized by a qualified Ayurvedic physician—especially if blisters ooze or get infected.
When dyshidrotic eczema isn’t just treated on the skin—but understood at the root 🌿
Vata–Kapha dominance, disturbed Agni, blocked srotas.
Once these were addressed, the blisters calmed, the itching eased, and the skin remembered how to heal.
Ayurveda doesn’t suppress.
It restores balance—inside out.
Healing is possible when awareness comes before medication ✨
Your skin speaks. Ayurveda listens.

DAY 5 — ABHYANGA | OIL & SAFETY
“Tel sirf sharir ko nahi,
nervous system ko bhi yaad dilata hai
ki ab suraksha hai.”
Today’s Focus:
Abhyanga — daily oil application as nervous system nourishment
Ayurvedic Truth:
Ayurveda teaches that Vata governs movement, sensation, and fear.
Oil is Vata’s first medicine.
Abhyanga is not cosmetic care —
it is regulation of the nervous system through touch.
Classical Shloka (Charaka Saṁhitā):
Devanagari:
अभ्यङ्गमाचरेन्नित्यं
स जराश्रमवातहा।
दृष्टिप्रसादपुष्ट्यायु-
स्वप्नसुत्वक्प्रसादनः॥
Abhyaṅgam ācaren nityaṁ
sa jarāśrama-vātahā |
Dṛṣṭi-prasāda-puṣṭy-āyuḥ
svapna-sutvak-prasādanaḥ ||
Meaning :
Regular oil massage
reduces Vata, fatigue, and degeneration,
improves sleep, strength, skin health,
and clarity of the senses.
Gentle Practice:
Today, apply a small amount of warm oil
to feet, joints, or scalp.
Even 5 minutes is enough.
If you have the time keep it for 15-30 mins before bath.
Or just little warm oil on feet at night.
No perfection.
Only presence.
Reflection:
• How did my body respond to touch today?
• Did I rush — or receive?
• What softened when I slowed down?
“Oil before effort.”

🪷Day 4— WARM WATER | AGNI SUPPORT
Today’s Focus:
Uṣṇodaka — warm water as daily digestive support
Ayurvedic Truth:
Ayurveda teaches that warmth kindles Agni and helps digest āma (undigested residue).
Cold suppresses digestive intelligence.
Warmth reassures it.
Warm water is not a remedy —
it is daily companionship for Agni.
➡️Classical Shloka (Charaka Saṁhitā):
Devanagari:
उष्णोदकं पिबेन्नित्यं
अग्निदीपनमामपाचनम्।
Uṣṇodakaṁ pibennityaṁ
agnidīpanam āmapācanam.
Meaning:
Regular intake of warm water
stimulates Agni
and helps digest āma.
Gentle Practice:
Today, drink only warm or room-warm water.
Sip — don’t gulp.
Especially after waking and between meals.
No quantity rules.
Let warmth lead.
Reflection:
• How did my digestion feel with warmth today?
• Did heaviness reduce or remain the same?
• What does my Agni respond to — speed or softness?
“Sip slowly. Let warmth work.”

DAY 3 — 🔥AGNI AWARENESS | DIGESTIVE FIRE🔥
Today’s Focus:
Agni — digestion of food, emotions, and experience
Ayurvedic Truth:
In Ayurveda, Agni determines whether what we consume
turns into energy or burden.
✅Balanced Agni nourishes strength, clarity, and glow.
❌Disturbed Agni creates heaviness, fatigue, and fog.
➡️Classical Shloka (Charaka Samhita):
अग्नौ तु नष्टे भुक्तं न पच्यते।
जीर्यते चाशनं सम्यक् बलवर्णौ च वर्धते॥
Agnau tu naṣṭe bhuktaṁ na pacyate |
Jīryate cāśanaṁ samyak bala-varṇau ca vardhate ||
Meaning :
When Agni is weak, nourishment cannot form.
When Agni is balanced, the body regains strength and lightness.
Gentle Practice:
Before your next meal today:
• Wake up with sun ☀️
• Make Lunch your main meal. 🥘 .
• Eat only until the body feels satisfied, not full.
Reflection:
• Did my hunger feel physical or emotional today?
• How did my body feel after eating?
• Did I eat with awareness of urgency ?
“Simply, Notice your hunger today.”
I will encourage you to journal your thoughts about how feel about your Agni - it will help you identify areas to improve .

DAY 1 — SANKALPA (BEGINNING)
Return to Balance
Ayurvedic Context:
In Ayurveda, true healing begins with sankalpa—a clear, gentle intention aligned with rhythm, not force. Sankalpa steadies Vata, clarifies the mind, and prepares the body to receive change.
Today’s Sankalpa (Read Slowly):
“I choose to return to my natural rhythm.
I allow my body to heal in its own time.
I walk this year with balance, patience, and trust.”
(Pause after each line. Let the body respond.)
☀️Day Practice (Morning or Anytime):
• Place your right hand on the heart, left on the abdomen.
• Take 5 slow breaths, lengthening the exhale.
• Read the sankalpa once, without effort.
🌚End‑of‑Day Practice (Night Ritual – 5 minutes):
• Sit or lie down comfortably. Dim the lights.
• Place one drop of warm oil or ghee on the soles of the feet (optional).
• Ask silently: – Where did my body feel calm today?
– Where did I rush against myself? • Do not analyze. Simply notice. • End by saying internally: “Enough for today.”
Reflection Space:
What did returning to rhythm feel like today?
Health is not discipline. It is relationship.
With food. With rest. With seasons. With yourself.
I encourage you to journal your thoughts or simply reflect-
Wishing you all a Very Happy 2026 🪷

“When Life feels Frozen - Winter Season”
❄️Winter asks us to slow, soften, and warm the inner fire.
🪷Ayurveda teaches seasonal living—not symptom chasing.
If your body feels dry, anxious, heavy, or tired,
it may simply be asking for alignment.

✨ The Ayurvedic Essence of Diwali ✨
“दीपं प्रज्वालयाम्यहम् — तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय।”
Deepam prajvālayāmyaham — tamaso mā jyotirgamaya.
“I light this lamp — may it lead me from darkness to light.”
As the lamps of Dīpāvali illuminate our homes, Ayurveda reminds us to awaken the Agni within — the flame of clarity, vitality, and compassion.
At the seasonal threshold of Hemanta ṛtu, nature invites nourishment, rest, and renewal. Ghee, Abhyanga, and Sattvic foods rekindle strength while the glow of Diwali mirrors the Sattva deepa — the light of harmony within.
🌸 Light within. Light around.
Wishing you a luminous, healing Diwali.

🌿 5-Step Ayurvedic Morning Routine for Summer
☀️ 1. Wake Up Early (Before 6:00 AM)
Summer is a pitta season, and waking up before the heat of the day helps maintain calm and clarity.
Bonus Tip: Open your window and take 3 deep breaths of fresh morning air.
🪥 2. Oral Detox & Hydration
Scrape your tongue to remove overnight toxins
Rinse with cooling herbal mouthwash (try mint or rose water)
Drink a glass of room-temp water with a few drops of lime or rose essence
💧 Avoid hot lemon water in summer – it can increase internal heat.
🛁 3. Abhyanga (Self-Massage with Cooling Oil)
Use coconut or sunflower oil for a cooling effect
Massage the body gently from head to toe
Wait 15 minutes, then take a lukewarm shower (not hot!)
🧘♀️ 4. Gentle Movement + Breathwork
Do gentle yoga or stretching (think moon salutations, twists, forward bends)
Practice Sheetali or Chandra Bhedana Pranayama to cool the mind-body system
🥣 5. Light, Nourishing Breakfast
Opt for seasonal fruits like melons, berries, or soaked raisins
Add a spoon of ghee to warm grains like quinoa or rice porridge
Avoid spicy, oily, or fermented foods in the morning
🪷 Daily Affirmation:
“I move into this day with cool clarity and soft strength.”
