I’ve been a licensed hairstylist for 19 years (yep, since side bangs and chunky highlights were the thing) and have spent the last 13 years in corporate education, helping salons and stylists grow. I’m also a published author, mentor, and a firm believer that the best teams don’t just happen—they’re built with passion, education, and a whole lot of hairspray.

These days, I get to support top Redken accounts, mentor new and upcoming artists, and work alongside the best Education team in the industry. Basically, I have a front-row seat to watching people level up their careers, and I love it.

When I’m not talking hair and business, you’ll find me traveling, cooking, spending time with my family, or attempting to sleep (though my toddler has other plans). 😅
