We are sure many of you Devoted are in dying need of a haircut, and we are glad to share updates as we receive them. Governor Newsome has allowed hair salons and barbershops to open across the state as long as state mandated guidelines are met. However, we are still awaiting the go ahead from Santa Clara County. We expect to have an update in the next few weeks.

When we open your Kittiez Experience will be a little bit different, but rest assured you will still have the same great results. Some of these changes include but are not limited too:

-staff will have their temperature checked at the beginning of their shift
-clients will not be allowed inside unless a mask is worn
-masks must be worn by staff and clients at all times; even during service
-clients will check-in upon arrival then wait outside until there stylist/barber is ready for them
-only person receiving service is allowed in the store
-we will be using disposable capes for your safety

Kittiez has always taken extraordinary measures to ensure your safety with our management doing mandatory disinfecting inspections with our stylists and barbers several times daily. We will now be increasing those inspections after every client to secure a sanitized environment. Also don't be surprised if you see barriers between haircutting stations. Clients will also have the option of pre paying for their services online when booking their appointments.
