The brow healing process (microblading/powder brows) takes about 6–8 weeks, with the most intense phase in the first 14 days. Brows will initially appear dark, bold, and tender, followed by scabbing, flaking, and a "ghosting" phase where they look too light, before finally settling into their permanent, softer color by week 4–6.
Detailed Healing Timeline
▪️Days 1-4 (Dark & Bold): Brows are 40% darker, tender, and potentially swollen. The pigment will appear sharp and intense as it sits on top of the skin.
▪️Days 5-7 (Scabbing/Flaking): Scabs form and flaking begins, which may look patchy. Do not pick the scabs, as this can remove pigment and cause scarring.
▪️Days 8-14 (The "Ghosting" Phase): After the flaking finishes, the pigment may appear too light or look like it has vanished. This is normal; the pigment is settling underneath new skin layers.
▪️Weeks 3-4 (Color Reappearance): The true color and soft, powdery, or hair-like appearance return.

Essential Aftercare Guidelines

Kadalasan dalawang session talaga ang kailangan sa PMU (Permanent Makeup) eyebrows dahil:
1. 𝑰𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒈𝒆 – Sa unang session, hindi lahat ng pigment ay nagse-settle nang pantay. Mga 30–50% ng kulay ay pwedeng mag-fade habang naghihilom ang balat.
2. 𝑺𝒌𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒚𝒑𝒆 𝒂𝒕 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒆 – Iba-iba ang reaksyon ng balat. Yung iba mabilis sumipsip ng pigment, yung iba naman mabilis ding nagfa-fade o naglalabas ng scabs.
3. 𝑹𝒆𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 – Sa 2nd session (retouch), kinokorek ang mga:
• parts na nag-lighten o nag-fade
• shape na kailangang linawin o i-perfect
• kulay na dapat i-adjust (mas dark / mas warm / mas cool depende sa skin tone)
4. 𝑳𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒗𝒊𝒕𝒚 – Yung 2nd session ang tumutulong para mas tumagal at mas kumapit ang pigment, kaya mas maganda ang retention ng brows for 1–3 years depende sa skin at aftercare.
👉 Kaya ang unang session ay parang 𝒇𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, at yung 2nd session ay ang 𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒕 𝒔𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 ng results.
