🌕 Full Moon Sound Bath and Tea Service | MANA Wellness Twain Harte TONIGHT

You’re warmly invited to gather under the glow of the full moon for a nourishing evening of sound and stillness. This sound bath is offered at no charge, a gift of rest and renewal for our community.

If you feel called, offerings of can goods/dry foods (to community) and any financial offerings are welcome and will go directly to the Sierra Senior Center to help provide hot meals. We’ve already been able to contribute $150 toward their meal program, and together we can extend even more kindness and care.

This past week at Mana Wellness… so much beauty, presence, and community.

We gathered under the full moon for sound and tea, offering support to Sierra Senior Center and bringing canned goods for those in need. Your generosity and presence lit up the room ✨

Later in the week, we softened into yin yoga, followed by sound healing and tea. A quiet, grounding where we breathed, rested, and simply were.

Private sound therapy sessions were deeply special—quiet spaces to be seen, to receive, to come home to yourself.

Mahalo nui to everyone who came this week. Your presence makes this work sacred.

Join us for a cozy, intentional evening under the Flower Moon—a time of blooming, beauty, and release.
We’ll gather in circle to sip tea, journal, and be held by the healing tones of a sound bath designed to support your letting go and your becoming.

Bring a journal, dress comfortably, and feel free to bring a cushion or blanket.
We’ll invite in reflection and renewal through simple ritual, sound, and stillness.

No set fee—your presence is the offering.
Donations welcome for our local food bank or Sierra Senior Providers.
