Our new receptionist has been trained a certain way.
We have recently changed systems including credit card systems.
We are updating everything and entering it into the new system so if you have a card on file for our cancellation policy and she asks for it, it’s just so she can enter it in the new system.
She is checking before she asks you if everything has been entered into that system. Please be kind to her and know she’s doing exactly as instructed.
No appointments will be scheduled without that information.
