Fascial Stretch Therapy - Level 2 Certified 💫
Spent the week digging even deeper on unraveling fascia and gaining more movement. What an unforgettable week soaking up all the hours of hands on training, making new friends, reuniting with friends from level 1, and enjoying all the laughter in and out of class.
