Hi everyone! Due to the Governor's order to stay at home and the California Massage Therapy Council's mandate to cease all hands on services, I have stopped working until May 31st. After that I will re-evaluate the situation.

I hope you are all staying well, moving, and that some self care is holding you over until you can receive a massage again!

When was the last time you had a true therapeutic massage? Most people think that getting a massage is a luxury. Have you ever considered it as a measure of preventative care? Why not be smart, and be proactive instead of reactive to your pain?
