One of my long time clients sent this in a lovely email yesterday. She's a treasure!

I hate this, but it's necessary. I've always wanted to keep smaller orders under $10. So, I didn't increase prices for the last 3-4 postage increases. Though price increase will happen, it's probably going to take a week to accomplish the task.
