If you're asking yourself this question, you're not alone! 🤔 Many people wonder what’s the "right" number of days to work out each week. The answer depends on your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle, but here’s a general guideline:

✔️ Beginners: Aim for 3-4 times a week to allow your body to adjust and recover. ✔️ Intermediate: 4-5 days a week is great to build strength and endurance. ✔️ Advanced: 5-6 days a week if you're focusing on muscle gain, fat loss, or athletic performance.

Exercise!! (Even when you’re away from home) There are always reasons our brain will try and talk us out of exercising. But, “if not now, then when?” Work on the first easiest steps: -Put on your workout shoes -Walk to the gym at the hotel (or wherever you can find heavy things to lift). -Play music that gets you pumped up -Text a friend (or health coach 😉) after you’re done!

No luck 🍀 here…preparedness instead! Friends! I encourage you to go into the grocery store apps and clip those coupons and look for those stickers with the deals. I went to Ralphs and clipped the coupons as I shopped (and changed brands if that gave me some savings). I saved $55!! 🤑 Do you use the store apps? Which one is your favorite?
