Calling all first responders! Come in Friday to enjoy a cryo session on us! 12-4:30pm at our Benicia location!

I started Cryoglow because of my passion to share the ways I improved my own ailments and elevated my health and wellness.

As a working mother of three, it was difficult enough to prioritize time to exercise. Then when I began suffering from chronic inflammation, it felt like there weren’t enough hours in the day to remedy my ailments.

My friend suggested I try Cryotherapy. A 3-minute treatment was going to be effective? Yeah right!

Though skeptical, mainly because I can’t stand the cold, I tried it.

After my first few sessions, the grey cloud above my head started to clear as I realized caring for my body and its injuries were within reach.

Since using cryotherapy, my body has changed drastically. Not only have I minimized the flections in my weight, but I no longer suffer from a herniated disc (without surgery!!!) My inflammation has reduced dramatically and life just feels…. A little bit warmer. :)

I started Cryoglow because I wanted the people in my community to have their own success stories. My Goal is to have every member leave our studio feeling better than they did when they walked in.
