If FAIL to plan, you PLAN to fail.

This is what works for me, planning is similar to driving. Planing is the creation of where you want to go, and how you are going to get there.

1)Write down “where you want to go”
-Goals for the year
*Example
A)Want to lose 50lbs
B)Want to make an extra 10K

2)Attach a BIG why
*Example
A)To be around long for my Grandchild
B)Want buy my kids a car

3)Write down how will you “get there”
-More detailed the better
*Example
A)Lose 1lb a week or 500 Calories/Day
[Cut out 2 Cliff Bars, replace with vegetables]
B)Make an extra $27 a day through Renting out car

4) Set “alarms” throughout the year to keep you on pace
*Example
A/B)Sunday’s at noon I have an appointment myself to check in about my lose 50lbs goal

5)Tell a friend or family member
-Keeps you accountable
*Example
A/B)Telling Joe & Sarah about goal

6) Read out loud and visuals daily about goal
*Example
A/B)Write down my goal every morning & night
