The Shop San Rafael - Cuts for Men and Women

At The Shop, we cut all types of hair in an energetic and comfortable vibe. This attracts a wide range of fun and generous clientele. We need help servicing everybody, so we're looking to add an experienced stylist or barber to our team.

We provide all backbar product and tools, including clippers and trimmers. If you have a pair of shears, you can start cutting with us for zero cost.

We are a walk-in Shop, so a hairstylist or barber that's new to our Shop, or even the area, will still have immediate clientele.

We're looking for stylists with great skills and a team oriented attitude.

The Shop in downtown San Rafael is hiring a couple Stylists and / or Barbers.

We look for:

- Passion: we want to work with people who love doing hair.

- Personality: we're not a franchise, we don't have scripts. We look for people who enjoy being behind the chair and providing a great experience to the client, not only with quality cuts, but with a great vibe.

- Skills: we do a wide variety of clients, so we look for stylists who can do more than one type of cut. Color skills are a plus.
