Being in the medical field for such a long time, I am aware of how important it is to take care of oneself, which led to the creation of the self-care brand MERAKK. Growing up in the East and now residing in California inspired me to develop Merakk as a tribute to my passion for integrative medicine and holistic well-being methods. To provide the best results I have worked closely with the manufacturer, meticulously researching and developing all of the products.

It’s been a minute since I posted here but couldn’t get lost in the noise. I gave myself this time to take a step back and truly discover my passion and how I was going to integrate my work and vision from a place of joy and creativity.

Can’t wait to share 💚. Stay tuned. Might not be in accordance to any Instagram algorithm but truly from a place of authenticity.

An abundance mindset is the idea that there are enough resources and successes for all to share.

An abundance mindset allows you to see more in your life: more options, more choices, and more resources. ✨

The brain can only absorb so much, so if your belief is “I can’t do it” or “it’s impossible” then any other thoughts contradicting that will get thrown out. 🧠

Start training your mind to loosen its focus and create an expanded awareness. Ask yourself if you had all the time and money in the world and you knew you couldn’t fail, what would you be doing? 🤔

Questions like that will help to open your mind up to what’s possible. 💭

Research has shown that spending time in nature 🌿benefits the body. These benefits include improved attention, lower stress, better mood, reduced risk of psychiatric disorders and even upticks in empathy and cooperation 🙌.

Even if they’re artificial, the images🏞, sounds🌊 and smells🕯of nature can have positive health effects.

Oral health is a gateway to general health of the body. It is tied to improving function, confidence, self esteem, and ultimately, quality of life 🤗.
