Meet Silvia Manuela

My journey into the beauty industry began in high school through an ROP cosmetology program. At the time, I was torn between working with children or pursuing my love of hair, makeup, fashion, and beauty. In the end, I followed the path that sparked my creativity, never imagining it would eventually lead me to lashes.

Years later, while expecting my first son, I was searching for a career closer to home after commuting to San Francisco as a hairstylist. That’s when I came across a local lash and eye studio looking to train someone from the ground up. I took a leap of faith.

To be honest, I wasn’t sure lashes were for me. My very first full set took nearly five hours, and the learning curve was incredibly humbling. But over time, I fell in love with the artistry, precision, and quiet rhythm of the work. As someone who’s naturally high-energy, I discovered that lashing became my place of peace.

Today, as the owner of Wink Eye Bar in San Ramon, California, my philosophy is simple:

I don’t believe in creating a different version of you. I believe in enhancing your natural features with timeless, effortless lashes that fit your lifestyle and leave you feeling like the best version of yourself.

When a client looks in the mirror, I don’t just want them to just love their lashes—I want them to leave feeling more confident. Confidence has a way of carrying into every part of our lives. It changes how we walk into a meeting, spend time with our families, and show up for ourselves every single day.
