My doctor shared this post on his page. This is the first time I’m getting to see the preop pics he took the day of surgery. It’s crazy to see where I started and how drastic the change was in just 6 weeks! I’m forever grateful to Dr. Ray for his beautiful work!
✨ 8 Weeks Post-Op & Back at It! ✨
I can officially say I’m healed up and back in the gym! 🙌 My trainer and I built a brand new 5-day split focused on lighter weight with higher reps to continue building strength—especially in my arms and legs.
Why? Because I’ve got 9 months until round ✌️ of surgery on July 10th, and I plan to use every bit of that time to build as much muscle as I can before then. 💪
This video dives deeper into what that second surgery will entail, but for now, I’m just so grateful to feel like me again—back lifting, sweating, and pushing toward new goals. Excited to see what these next months bring! 🏋️♀️🔥

✨ Feeling myself in the simple fits ✨
Sometimes all you need is a cute tee, ripped jeans, and sneakers to feel put together. Confidence isn’t about the fanciest outfit—it’s about wearing what makes YOU feel good 💜

When I say the face gains hit different 👏✨ The first pic was before I really committed to my health journey, and the second one is me now—feeling lighter, brighter, and so much more confident. It’s not just weight off my face, it’s years of self-doubt gone too. 💪💕

✨New Era, New Energy✨
I’m not just lifting weights—I’m lifting my mindset. 💪🏼
I’ve decided these next 10 months before my next surgery aren’t just about showing up… they’re about GLOWING up. Inside and out. 🖤
This is more than fitness—it’s a full-blown commitment to my mental and physical growth. 🌱 I’ve got big goals, big plans, and even bigger dumbbells waiting for me. 😏
So here’s to the sweat, the sass, and the unstoppable woman I’m becoming. Watch me work. 🔥

Proof that hard work, sweat, and maybe a few tears (okay, a lot of tears 😅) pay off! Went from apron-belly to ab-definition real quick. Actually it wasn’t quick, it was 3 years. Catch me serving confidence instead of calories. 💪🔥

✨Snatched & Delivered✨
Dr. Ray really understood the assignment 🔥 I had ZERO definition before my tummy tuck, skin removal, and lipo… now I’ve got lines where lines never lived before 😏 He really did the damn thing, and I’m not mad about it one bit.
✨6 weeks post-op check in!✨
Apparently walking like I was training for the Olympics is what got me this far because my doc said I’m healing chef’s kiss 👌. I did get cleared for bodyweight workouts… but let’s just say my trainer and I may or may not have had a tiny “oops” moment with weights today 😅💪.
Finalized a few details for stage two (spill the tea later 👀) but for now I’m just hyped to get back into my normal gym routine and even back to work this Sunday! Healing = thriving. 🖤

Delulu = the solulu 😂✨
Me: walks 6.75 miles like I’m training for the Olympics 🏃♀️
Also me: already booked my trainer for tomorrow because OBVIOUSLY the doc is gonna clear me at my 6-week check 🙃💪
Catch me manifesting with pure confidence and zero chill.
They say marriage is about teamwork… and apparently, that includes sweating together, meal-prepping together, and reminding each other not to door-dash pizza at 11pm 😅🍕.
We both had our own ups and downs, but we pushed through, cheered each other on, and actually hit our weight loss goals 🙌. Honestly, I couldn’t have done it without him—his encouragement, his patience, and the way he held down the house and kids while I had surgery and recovered. 🏡✨
I may be the one snatched in my faja, but he’s the real MVP. ❤️

Today was the first time ever that I felt somewhat comfortable wearing a sports bra and leggings to walk at the gym!
With it being the undercarriage of hell here in AZ, I sweat all dang day long. I think that’s causing some skin irritation son my hips so I decided to let my skin air out for a little bit today. Technically I’m still suppose to be wearing my faja and abdominal board all the time except to shower, but I’ve been doing that religiously since I had my surgery so I figured I’d be ok to give my body a little bit of a rest.
As soon as I got home I showered and put it all back on though. I’m so happy with my results so far and cannot wait to see what I look like when everything is fully healed and settled!
