so i can show up for them

the scale hasn’t moved,
these pictures are still hard to look at
(my body in general is hard for me to look at)
but between the mental fight of body image,
i see the progress…i see my stomach literally deflating…
this is why i take photos, so that even when i don’t see the scale change or think my reflection in the mirror has changed, i can hold onto these small changes that each picture holds…
