For those who aren’t getting the cancellation message along with the notification of their appointment being canceled:

I had surgery last week and was hoping I would be able to recover fast enough to do appointments this week. Unfortunately that’s not the case and I will have to cancel appointments for the day, I’m so sorry for the inconvenience, and the late notice.

I will be having surgery Dec 12th, and will be out of the shop for at least one week. All appointments for the week of the 12th will be rescheduled. Appointments for the week of the 19th may have to be rescheduled as well.
