It’s always a good day to tune up some
Depending on how established your dreads are, it is recommended to get some maintenance every 2-12 months.
An average maintenance appointment is 2 hours, but can sometimes be more. This one took 3.5 hours.
This guest had a less than ideal experience elsewhere prior to trusting me to work on her new dreads, but we talked through things so she felt comfortable and she’s back on track with confidence.
In my experience, dreads are resilient and capable of being nurtured into their best selves even if they came from a rough start/experienced neglect/been through rough times/had some weird stuff happen. (Kinda like the humans they’re attached to 😉).
