Learn basic cheer moves, focus on encouraging ourselves/others, fun upbeat high energy dances to songs with positive inspiring lyrics, and learn how to care for our bodies. Learn basic mounts (teamwork), nutrition, basic muscle groups. No competition, just fun and friendship! Tuesdays 5-6:30pm
DANCE FITNESS: Mondays 5:30pm, Cornerstone Church, Sandwich. Adult fitness-older kids may join while younger kids play in attached playroom. High energy cardio dance workout with positive, encouraging Christian and secular electronic dance music with appropriate messages. Light weights, abs and stretching at the end. Strengthen in mind, body, spirit! TEA & TALK: Low key conversations about Jesus and the Bible. Date TBD at Jess VanDevelde's house in Sandwich
