1. Stylist Requirements:
• Proven experience in extensions, blonding, and balayage.
• A passion for creative hair styling and a strong portfolio.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional hair services, specializing in our key areas.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques.
• Collaborate with other stylists and assistants to ensure a seamless client experience.

2. Assistant Requirements:
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the hair industry.
• A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to support senior stylists.
• Knowledge of hair care and advanced styling techniques.
• Responsibilities:
• Assist stylists with day-to-day tasks, including preparing clients, organizing tools, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Something that hairstylist don’t talk about, is the relationship that we build and nurture over the years with our clients. We start as stylist and clients and become family. We are right there with them , while they are in school, while they graduate with their degrees and follow their dreams and careers, while they get engaged and get married , while there are pregnant and have babies, when their babies get their first haircuts and goes to school etc.
