CARD ON FILE POLICY:
It is our policy to have a Credit Card on file when booking. This card on file will not be charged unless it is necessary per the policies below. The system that I use will not even show me the card number in full so it is protected. CANCELLATION POLICY:
I get that life happens! I get that people get busy, sick, or that emergencies come up. PLEASE understand that this is my lively-hood and not just a hobby (even though I love it). With all that said, I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. IF you need to cancel with in that window you either need to reschedule to a different day OR I will have to charge a $25 fee to the card on file. NO SHOW POLICY:
If you do not show up to your appointment, and did not let me know about it (look at the cancellation policy above) I reserve the right to charge 100% of the total value of your service to the card on file. ARRIVAL POLICY:
Please when you show up please text me. You can absolutely come into the lobby and relax with a complimentary bottled water. I may be finishing with another guest and I do not want them to feel like I was rushing with them. My studio is 102D it is the main floor through the right door and all the way to the right. RE-DO POLICY:
If you do not LOVE your hair in 72 hours, I will (within reason and within means) re-do your hair. I know that you are trusting me with your hair so I will ALWAYS under promise and over deliver. So if I feel like your hair goals is something that I cannot do, before the appointment I will let you know- that is why the consultation is so important. I want to get your hair goals in line with what I can do. TARDINESS POLICY:
All of my appointments take time. If you are late please let me know as soon as you can. My books regularly get full and if you are more than 15 min late I may have to reschedule you to hopefully the end of the day but this will be a case by case scenario. I have used my product and my time to get your hair goals in line. Please look at my "re-do policy" above. MINOR CONSENT POLICY:
For my chemical services, I cannot work on minors with out having the consent and FULL conversation with the minors parents. There will not be a redo policy in place for children simply because hormones are still balancing out and cannot give me predictable outcomes.
